Charlie is resting in a health spa. To cure his bile, he drinks spring water, to cure his bad temper after this water, he drinks brandy: he's got a whole load. Having luckily escaped from the hands of a sadistic masseur, he has an argument with the hotel boss, who empties his brandy stock into the water tank of the spa clients. So that, the joy becomes unanimous.
