Lars-Gunnar Lotz

Born in Bad Ischl on 15.1.1982. After taking final school examinations he worked as a trainee for a number of broadcasters and production companies before studying visual communications at Kassel Art College from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 he took up studies at Baden-Württemberg Film Academy. Für Miriam is his first feature-length film.

Daniel Benjamin

Mathématics teacher, Karen is involved in a car accident in which a woman on a scooter dies. Karen is not guilty but she feels agitated. Even more so when she discovers that the dead victim Miriam was the sister of her student Lukas. Guilt, attachment, revenge or attraction : mixed feelings at their peak, directed with a stunning dramatic tension.
