How do we learn to listen, create and deal with sound? How do we associate sound pick up, sound design and music in order to strengthen the message delivered by pictures? How do we learn to listen to pictures? How sound pictures are created? To answer these questions, the festival invites three film schools, breeding ground of the young European creation, where growing intentions are developed, stimulated and practiced. We'll start with discovering some films of each schools, all represented by one teacher and two students who will cross their visions on the sound issue.

 

Workshop of electroacoustic creation:

For the first time this year, a workshop will bring together directors and composers from the three european films schools and students of the Master "Music composition for picture" of the Provence University, Sound and Image department in Aubagne. At the end of a three days workshop of creation, this new collaboration will give birth to an audiovisual live show, like a cine-conert miniature, performed on three short experimental films directed by the students of Aubagne University.
